Nigerian comedienne, Real Warri Pikin, has revealed that she turned down the traditional wedding invitation which music star, Davido and his wife, Chioma sent to her.
The celebrity couple’s traditional wedding which has been the talk of the town will hold on Tuesday, June 25, at the Eko hotel and Convention Centre in Lagos.
Real Warri Pikin explained that she regrettably won’t be attending the wedding because she is currently in Abuja working on her show, slated for June 28.
The skit-maker and actress made this known in a video message posted on social media after Davido contacted her pertaining the occasion.
Warri Pikin also called out Davido’s Logistics Manager, Israel DMW for allegedly not displaying enough enthusiasm and she urged to focus on his tasks.
She, however, gave tips on what guests and media outlets who would be present at the ceremony should should do so that she and millions of Nigerians who won’t be attending could enjoy the event on social media.
According to the content creator, there needs to be an improvement on what happened at Chioma’s bridal shower as the camera angles were poor.
She also said it will be good for the couple and their team to adopt the event’s internationally recognized hashtag, #Chivido2024, to enable fans keep track of the activities instead of having to switch between blogs.
