The Bank offers one of the industry’s longest standard leave days, provides a Cost-Of-Living Adjustment (COLA) to help employees cope with economic challenges, offers a standard crèche for young children, and maintains a fully equipped gym for staff. In addition, salaries for Non Full-Time Equivalent (NFTE) employees were increased in the past year.
