Travelers on the long time dilapidated Jalingo-Numan federal highway have call on President Bola Tinubu, the Economic Finance Crime Commission EFCC to quickly probe the Numan-Jalingo highway N11 billion contract awarded to DEUX Project Nig LTD since 2017.

The travelers who angrily express frustration on the condition of the 103 kilometer highway said apart from the road been impassable, criminals have taken advantage of the poor condition of the road by robbing, kidnapping and snatching travelers items on the road.

The travelers wandered why the contractor handling the road construction project has delayed its completion since 2017
