Nobody can compete with me in the industry – Comedian Josh2Funny

Famous Nigerian comedian and stand-up act, Josh Alfred, popularly known as Josh2Funny, has boasted about his superiority in the comedy industry.

Josh2funny said he’s in a lane of his own and he has no competitor in the comedy and booming content-creation industry in Nigeria.

The skit-maker made the boisterous comment when he appeared as a guest during a recent episode of the ‘The Honest Bunch’ podcast.

According to Josh, he is nobody’s mate because his skits are interpreted in foreign languages across countries in Europe and Asia. He also frowned at the actions of some of his colleagues who copy his trends and styles without crediting him.

The comedian said, however, said that among his colleagues in the content-creating industry, there’s competition and anybody who says otherwise is onnly sugar-coating the reality.

Josh2Funny said; “What I won’t take is for people to be copying what I initiated without crediting me. No, I won’t take that.

“Let nobody tell you that there’s no competition in the comedy industry. There’s competition… As we speak now, my comedy is interpreted in Madarin, Hindi, Russian, French, and other languages. I’m not with you guys, bro. I’m not anybody’s mate in this comedy industry.”
