A Nigerian mother cries out in pain after her young son suffered a severe injury at school, allegedly caused by another student.
In a series of emotional posts, the mother known on X as @plantainshopper, shared her anger and distress over a deep gash on her son’s forehead, who was reportedly pushed by another student.
Upon arriving to pick up her son, she was shocked to see a “deep cut” on his forehead, stating how the teachers pleaded with her.
The child was immediately taken to the hospital, where he was given anesthesia to allow doctors to stitch the wound.
“I’m so angry right now,” she continued, describing the difficult experience of watching her son in pain. In her final update, she shared that the stitching was completed and her son was asleep in one of the hospital wards.

“I just went to pick my son from school,I saw him with a deep gnash on his forehead What happened?? A boy pushed him! Eeeeee everybody is kneeling down to beg me,I’ve told them, they should called the boy’s mother for me cos it will be fire for them on Monday.
“See what somebody did to my son Godd!!! Everyone is begging,I’m deaf at this moment. Even if God come down and tell me it’s okay. I’ll not listen!
“Already at the hospital,they have given him anesthesia so they can stitch.
I’m so angry rn. Immediately they touched his head,this boy woke up 😭.
I couldn’t stand his pain😪.
“Done with the stitching ,he’s asleep now in one of the wards. We are waiting for him to wake up,” she concluded.
