A Nigerian man, Solomon Mawo Akpama preparing to marry the love of his life, Keltu Edith Chindo, on November 2, 2024, tragically lost his life in a car accident just eleven days before his wedding.
The accident occurred on Tuesday, October 22, leaving his bride, family, friends, and community in shock.
In a Facebook post, Chris Azok, a close friend of Solomon’s, confirmed the tragic news, recounting his discussion about the upcoming wedding.
Azok recalled how, in a lighthearted exchange, another friend had joked about him being responsible for organizing a pre-wedding gathering for Solomon.
However, his joy quickly turned to sorrow when he received the devastating call informing him of Solomon’s passing. Azok’s grief was compounded shortly after, as he learned that another dear friend, Ajiji Musa Haruna, known affectionately as “Sir AJ,” had also passed away.
