In a sad report, a man has met his untimely death in the hands of his fellow man.
Per what we gathered the incident occurred in Imo State and currently the man who committed the atrocity is in the custody of the police.
The man who committed the crime is identified as Emeka Ezuruike who is from Ubommiri in Rivers State.
The deceased is also known as Victor Ikegwuonu who is a 25-year-old man and he was killed by the culprit after he accused him of sleeping with a married woman.
The incident was confirmed by the Imo State Police Command Spokesperson, Orlando Ikeokwu in a statement.
According to him, preliminary investigation indicated that the deceased was said to have informed a 52-year-old man identified as Pa Chijioke Anyiam that his wife Patience Anyiam, 30, was involved in a hot romance with the culprit.
The culprit then proceeded to confront the deceased about the allegation and this resulted in a serious fight and the culprit reportedly stabbed the deceased with a broken bottle.
