Liverpool has reportedly reached an agreement with Eredivisie outfit Feyenoord concerning a compensation fee for their prospective manager, Arne Slot, whom they’ve identified as Jurgen Klopp’s successor.
The Merseyside club has finalized a deal with Feyenoord, worth up to £9.4 million, to secure Slot as their next manager.
The Agreement
Liverpool has settled on a compensation fee of £7.7 million (9 million euros) with Feyenoord, including potential add-ons of £1.7 million (2 million euros). With this arrangement in place, Liverpool will proceed to negotiate a contract with the 45-year-old Dutchman before formalizing his appointment.
