The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church Of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye has taken to social media to express his delight as the abducted RCCG Members were released.
Recall that at least eight members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) were abducted by bandits in Kaduna State. The incident sparked a lot of controversy as Nigerians lashed out at the Buhari administration for its bad governance and always staying aloof for frequent abductions and planned kidnapings to happen.
Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye got wind of the news about the release of his church members from the grip of bandits and he took to the micro blogging platform to register his joy. According to him, they have been released and they are undergoing some checkup and tests at the hospital.
He wrote: Today I got the exciting news that our brethren who were in captivity of kidnappers have all been released and taken to the Hospital for checkup and tests.
Glory be to Jesus.
We pray for lasting peace in all troubled regions of the country in Jesus name.
Some fans slid under his post and reacted to the good news of the release.
