Nigerian actress, Angela Okorie has berated popular actor, Zubby Michael for publicising his donation to the family of their late colleague, Junior Pope.
CorrectNG recalls that on Monday, Zubby was captured on tape giving an undisclosed amount of money to the family of his late best friend and colleague, John Paul Odonwodo better known as Junior Pope.
The thespian paid a visit to the grieving relatives and handed them bundles of naira notes packed inside a bag he arrived with.
A video which surfaced online showed the moment Zubby brought out the neatly packed cash in the living room and handed them over to a senior member of the Odonwodo family.
Someone was addressing those that gathered in the house while the actor was having an inaudible conversation with the woman who collected his gift.
In reaction to his action via her Instagram story, Okorie said it was unnecessary for Zubby Michael to have made the donation while on camera.
The movie star accused him of not having sense and pointed out that the burial of a young person which he attended is not the right place to flaunt cash.
Angela wrote: “Zubby na young person die, that showcase of money wasn’t necessary. But as a local boy that you are, you don’t have sense. You don’t know where to do show and where to behave well. Abi you get money pass all the dignitaries wey come there? Mugu.”
