Despite missing out on the Bundesliga title in his debut season with Bayern Munich, Harry Kane has no regrets joining Thomas Tuchel’s side.
Bayern’s quest for domestic glory fell short this season, with Bayer Leverkusen clinching the Bundesliga title under manager Xabi Alonso.
However, Kane remains hopeful that Bayern can fight for the Champions League.
Addressing the media ahead of the crucial Champions League quarter-final clash against Arsenal, Kane commended Leverkusen for their title win.
Despite Bayern’s second-place position in the Bundesliga, the former Tottenham star said he is satisfied playing in Germany and helping his club.
Kane’s individual effort this season is evident, with an impressive tally of 39 goals in 39 appearances across all competitions, among this number is 32 goals in the Bundesliga.
Bayern Munich’s Champions League clash against Arsenal is set for Wednesday at the Allianz Arena, by 8:00pm.
