Davido’s Popular Slang, “E Choke”, Gets Emoji On Twitter; He Reacts

Twitter has created an Emoji for Davido, for his current popular slang, “e choke.”

The Emoji was made with a photo of the singer, which shows him holding his neck as though he is choking himself, as the phrase says.

The emoji was released today, Thursday, May 6th, and an excited Davido took to his Twitter page to react.

He shared a tweet, notifying his fans that, the slang has been endorsed by Twitter’s C.E.O, Jack.

“Even Jack know say #echoke“, he tweeted, adding the Emoji.

Fans have since reacted to it, equally feeling excited that their favourite now has gained an emoji for his slang.

This Twitter endorsement is coming in just a few months since Davido released the slang.

Right after the first time the singer used the phrase, people started using it and gradually it became a slang many began to use, and it has now become one of the most popular slangs being used on social media.
