Popular singer, Harrison “Harrysong” Okiri was recently prevented from driving through a barricade set up by #EndBadGovernance protesters in Edo state.
A video which surfaced on social media showed when Harrysong alighted from his car to plead with the protesters who blocked a major road in Benin City, Edo state but they refused to let him pass.
The demonstrators asked the ‘Reggae Blues’ crooner to either join the protest or turn back even as he tried to make them reconsider and allow him drive through.
In the heat of the moment he was talking to the youths, one could be heard asking Harrysong to come and perform his songs for them since he was already there.
