The Nigerian Governors Forum (NGF) is holding its monthly meeting at the State House Conference Centre in Abuja.
The Governors are joined in the meeting by traditional rulers under the auspices of National Council of Traditional Rulers.
Though the agenda of the meeting is not immediately known, it is believed that the Governors may be discussing the situations across the country.
It was also learnt that the Governors are trying to seek feedback from the traditional rulers and put together policies that will assuage the prevailing situation in the country.
Some of those sighted are the Chairman of the NGF, AbdulRahman AbdulRazak (Kwara); Sheriff Oborevwori (Delta); Dapo Abiodun, (Ogun); Seyi Makinde (Oyo); Agbu Kefas (Taraba); Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya, (Gombe), and Uba Sani (Kaduna).
Some of the prominent traditional rulers include Sultan of Sokoto Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III; Oni of Ife Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi and Etsu Nupe, Yahaya Abubakar, among others
