Senator Rochas Okorocha has denied corruption allegations claiming that becoming a governor in Nigeria even made him poorer than he was.
Senator Rochas Okorocha in an interview denied that he made himself richer with some government money when he was a governor saying he was richer than he is now before he became a governor in the first place.
According to him, becoming a governor didn’t add any value to his wealth as that only made him even poorer than he used to be therefore dared anyone who has proof that he acquired property while in government to come and prove him wrong.
Some netizens seem not to believe the lies of senator Rochas Okorocha since he’s doing everything possible to make his son-in-law a governor and also planning to run for the presidency but claims politics only made him poorer.

Senator Rochas Okoracha made it clear that the property in question that has made a lot of people think he acquired it with the government money belongs to his wife and not his as being in government only made him poorer.
“I challenge anybody to prove that I acquired any property with any government fund. I think people have forgotten that I was Rochas before becoming the governor of Imo State; I think they have forgotten completely.
