Atiku Commends The First Recipient Of The COVID 19 Vaccine In Nigeria

Atiku Abubakar has taken to social media to commend the first recipient of the Covid 19 vaccine in Nigeria.

In a post sighted on his Twitter page, he shared a video of the vaccination process as the bold doctor came out and took the first shot of the vaccine.

According to Atiku, the first dose taken by Dr Cyprian Nyong of National Hospital, was televised on live tv and it would motivate o thers to take the bold step and take the shot of the vaccine.

He wrote:

As Dr Cyprian Nyong of National Hospital, Abuja becomes the first recipient of the #COVID19 vaccination in our country; I wish to recognise the monumental work of healthcare workers. I hope that all Nigerians will eventually receive the jab.
