A Twitter user identified as Lady Tsunade has dropped photos of the Third Mainland Bridge after it was reopened for operation today, February 27.

Recall that the bridge was partially closed in July 2020 so that repairs could be done. The Federal Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola made it known that some places on the pavement affected by erosion needed to be asphalted and some of the worn out lane markings needed to be redone.

The Third Mainland Bridge was reopened today and a lady shared photos of some potholes of the newly repaired bridge.

6 months of closure and this??? O ma ga o!!!

Not people here saying that this isn’t 3mb and that the work was for expansion joint repairs…are we all so used to them not doing the right things that we make nonsense excuses when they fail. What stops them from fixing this?
