Confusion and chaos erupted in Isiala Akpaa Amaiyi village, Osisioma Ngwa Local Government Area of Abia State as a man reportedly disappeared into thin air after answering a phone call.
The family of 34-year-old Onyekachi Kingsley Ugochukwu declared him missing within the week after learning of his sudden disappearance.
According to locals, Ugochukwu, who is said to be fair in complexion, vanished without a trace after allegedly answering a phone call from an undisclosed person.
The victim’s father, Onyekachi Alfred Ahuama said his son was last seen on 24th of June at about 5pm when he picked the mystery call, and has not been seen again.
He expressed fear over the whereabouts of his son and appealed to the public that anyone with useful information regarding the whereabouts of Ugochukwu should contact the family.

There was tension and pandemonium at Amaraku weekly market in Isiala-mbano Local Government of Imo State when a 7-month-old baby was reportedly abducted by a woman.
It was gathered that the woman offered to assist a young mother in carrying her baby girl who was preventing her from marketing her goods.
However, moments after the unsuspecting mum relieved herself by giving her little daughter to the suspect, she vanished with the child and was nowhere to be found.
According to a source, when the baby’s mother who gave the woman a wrapper so she could carry the child on her back, realised that she had disappeared, she started shouting, ‘where is my child?’
