All things equal, Napoli Striker Victor Osimhen may join Chelsea on loan
The Genius Media Nigeria reports that Football transfer expert and and journalist, Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Premier League side, Chelsea have offered Victor Osimhen a loan deal with an obligation to buy while Saudi Pro League side, Al-Ahli are seeking a permanent deal for the Nigerian.

‘Chelsea are still in talks with Osimhen about salary, ready to offer loan with OBLIGATION to buy.
Al Ahli offer €25/30m salary net per year until 2028 with management in Italy for negotiations,’ wrote Romano on his X page.
Reports in Italy also suggest the Saudi Arabia side have also agreed to insert a clause in Osimhen’s deal that will allow the Nigerian a way back to Europe when he so wishes.
It is not clear yet which of the two clubs the 25 year will join but time is running out for Chelsea as the transfer window closes on Friday in England while that of Saudi Arabia will still be opened till October.
