Budding Hip Hop artiste, Dandizzy, has expressed displeasure with how his big colleagues in the music industry act towards their Nigerian fans.
The ‘Bad Character’ crooner said they are ever so willing to travel abroad, do tours and organise concerts in other countries while neglecting their fans in Nigeria.
The rapper bemoaned how the buzzing artistes cannot even tour 10 cities in the country and activities that are basic are now celebrated as luxury, such as when top artistes host music shows in Nigeria.
Dandizzy said the celebrities have hiked their fees so much that Nigerian show promoters can no longer afford to book them for domestic shows.
He wrote; “Basic shxt celebrated as luxury, fans cannot even watch their favorite afrobeat artistes cos show promoters cannot afford them either, no Nigerian artiste can tour 10 states, everytime uk/America we’re coming but your fans for aba never see u before Chaii Nigeria dey pain me die!”
In a separate post, he raised concerns over the way hardship has pushed many people to beg, to the extent that there is not rich person who does not have people begging them daily.
The rap star tweeted; “Ask anybody wey don see money the amount of begging he dey face daily, make you know how poor Nigerians dey.”
