A lady has sparked reactions on social media after she went with 18 of her friends to a date with her boyfriend on her birthday.
She expected her man to pay for the food that she and all her friends ordered but he did not do that so it led to an argument.
In a viral video shared by @vlccgotti on TikTok, the lady could be seen confronting her man for embarrassing her in the presence of her friends.
She said she wanted him to settle the bills but he insisted that it was not his place to pay for all the food her group of friends ate as it was also her birthday.

In the video, they could be seen arguing after she the incident occured and her friend said he was trying to humiliate her. After a back and forth argument over them contributing, Mariam decided the the entire money to avoid much embarrassment.
