May Edochie’s legal counsel, Emeka Ugwuonye, has claimed that his client’s estranged husband, Yul Edochie has stopped caring for the children she had for him.
Ugwuonye disclosed this in a statement via Instagram, while exposing how Yul directed his children, particularly Danielle Edochie to meet their mother to cater to their needs.
According to the lawyer, the controversial actor told them that May now makes more money than him and is in a better position to attend to their needs.
He further accused Yul of committing a criminal offence as contained under the Marriage Act, by marrying Judy Austin as a second wife.
The statement reads; “Yul is not supporting his children as we speak. He is not at all. Yul told his daughter that their mother is making more money than him now.
“Can you imagine? So now you are going into polygamy and you cannot take care of the children? You want to try polygamy? So please do not compare the two. If you have a marriage under the Marriage Act and try to marry a second one, that is a crime”.
